Q: Can I change the file name with the lower case letter with WinISO?

Yes, WinISO supports the “Joliet Extension” which can distinguish between upper and lower case letters in the file names. The filenames are distinguished by default. Moreover, “Rock Ridge Extension”, “Keep 8.3 filenames” and “Non-Contiguous Files” are supported. It's very easy to do any changes.  Here is the tips for making the filenames be upper case letters: Click the filesystem (Toolbar) -> Filesystem Properties. Then "uncheck the Joliet Extension", you'll get what you need. Just have a try.
