Yes, WinISO supports the “Joliet Extension” which can distinguish between upper and lower case letters in the file names. The filenames are distinguished by default. Moreover, “Rock Ridge Extension”, “Keep 8.3 filenames” and “Non-Contiguous Files” are supported. It's very easy to do any changes.
