How do I rename files within an ISO image file?

First, open an ISO image file with WinISO. Then click "Rename" on the "Edit" menu or by right-clicking on the file name.

Enter in the new name you like. Then click select "Enter" on your computer's keyboard. The ISO files will be renamed.
