WinISO : Why is there no drive letter assigned to the mounted image?

Why is there no drive letter assigned to the mounted image?

The drive letter is assigned by Windows. WinISO may fail to get the drive letter when it is not assigned in a short period.

If the automount feature is disabled in Windows, there will be no drive letter assigned as well.

You can check and assign it manually in Computer Management -> Disk Management.

If you want to turn on automount feature, you can try:

mountvol /e

or

diskpart automount enable
